Watched it. Here’s what I learned:
1) Despite the strength of Islamic law, there is still homosexuality. 2) The woman was NOT obstructing justice, that’s ludicrous. 3) Just because the man who was raped was also punished does NOT mean that Islamic law isn’t barbaric and sexist against women. 4) I certainly hope that you’re not implying that because she supposedly had an affair that her punishment was valid.
Just go to Google and type in “Islam” and “Rape” and see what happens.

@JVIPER88 Look, i live in a Muslim’s country, and i dont see any punishment is carried out against any women who refuse to wear hijab, in Saudi Arabia may be, but not in mine, so tell me, what kind of punishment is imposed to them? Certainly NOT stoning to death, 200 lashes or beheading. In fact, we cannot even do that. And why muslims dont allow the freewill of exposing body that you’ve been boasting about, even for men, is because we want to PREVENT adultery, fornication and even homosexual.
@JVIPER88 you may not believe, but do you know that in Islamic marriage, the wife has the right to control the wealth of the husband reasonably, but the husband cannot even touch anything that belongs to her wife without her permission…in fact, if the husband refuses to take the responsibility for the wife and the family, the wife has the right to file a complaint to the Islamic court, and ask the authority to act accordingly. I know because it is practiced in my country..

Again, the statistics are irrelevant. While America isn’t perfect by any means, there is a degree of openness. We will NEVER know the real statistics of female suffering and rape in Muslim countries because women have no platform to speak. Women are afraid to come forward for fear of being punished. And if they don’t come forward, its not a statistic.
The evidence is so abundant that all you really have to do is look at Muslim society. The proof is in the pudding, as they say.

You have everything completely backwards. Its about CHOICE! A woman can CHOOSE to be in a movie or not! Its really that simple. She can choose to dress the way she wants, say what she wants, do what she wants. I never suggested western society was perfect, but its certainly better to give people free will, the ability to make their own decisions, rather than punish them for going against “standard practices” of Islam.

Seriously, if you watch western movies like The Fast And Furious 4, or Casino Royale, you notice how women willingly sacrifice her dignity because she is oppressed by fame and money, That is not justice, that is an exploitation…
